Privacy Policy

For the ChampvaDoctors Connector and the FindOWCPDoctors Connector, the AI assistant connectors (MCP servers) at mcp.findowcpdoctors.com. Last updated October 6, 2026.

The short version

These connectors look up public provider data. They never ask for your name, contact details, insurance or claim numbers, or health information, and they do not store anything that identifies you.

What we collect

When an AI assistant runs a search through a connector, we save one record with:

• which connector was used and the date and time
• the place searched (state, and city or ZIP code) and the kind of provider asked for, such as "cardiologist"
• how many results were returned
• the software name the AI platform sends with its request (its user-agent), for example the name of the assistant's connector service

We do not receive or store your conversation with the assistant, your account details, or your IP address in these records. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service, under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To keep the connectors working and fix problems.
• To measure demand by place and provider type, for example "40 searches for OWCP orthopedic doctors in Houston this month." We may show these totals to medical offices and on our websites. Totals never include anything about an individual.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share search records. The only outside service involved is Cloudflare, which hosts the connectors and stores the records. Provider data shown in results comes from public government files (CMS and the U.S. Department of Labor). No office can pay to change its place in connector results.

Storage and retention

Search records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the United States and are deleted automatically after 13 months.

Your choices

You can stop using a connector at any time by removing it in your AI assistant's settings. Because we do not store information that identifies you, there is no personal record to view or delete. If you have a question, contact us below.

Children

The connectors are meant for adults looking for medical providers and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
